I was admitted to the park hospital as a day case for a procedure to my shoulder. From the minute I arrived to being discharged I was treated as if I was the only patient there.
All were friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for you.
A great job done by all.

Great nursing staff during my stay, comfortable clean and friendly hospital.
They really make the effort to make you feel comfortable and safe.
Regular updates were given from staff, everything was prompt.
Very good experience from the admin staff, nursing and care staff, surgical teams and physiotherapy department

Absolutely amazing care support and understanding of my needs. Totally looked after from the start of my consultation to after surgery consultation. Mr Berber was truly amazing surgeon and a genuine nice man. I felt comfortable and completely understood the whole process. I would 100% recommend him and would contact him again if I felt the need .

All the staff from clerical to cleaning staff we always polite, cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately the catering was the only thing that let the hospital down in my opinion.

I found the hospital very welcoming in the reception area and staff I had contact with were very knowledgeable.
Whilst on the ward, all staff I had contact with explained their role and treated me with respect and dignity. Following my operation, physiotherapists assisted me with exercises/ skills to facilitate my discharge home safely.

Although I had been referred to The Park hospital through the NHS I never felt tat I was treated any differently to a fee paying patient. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and caring.

I had excellent care from the medical team for Laparoscopic Surgery and would recommend both the hospital and staff at the Park Hospital at Nottingham.
